Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please email us at help@girlkoded.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If your purchase contains a pre-order item, all items in that order will ship together when the pre-order item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items to ship within our standard processing timeframe, please place them in a separate order.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, we appreciate your patience while our small team prepares each order with care.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once shipped, the estimated carrier delivery timeframe is 2–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package is on the way.

We always work to get orders out as quickly as possible. GirlKoded is a growing small business with a dedicated team, and periods of high order volume may require the full processing timeframe listed above.
